Willis Cantey is a graduate of the University of the South at Sewanee and the Masters of International Business Program at USC. He is former Chairman of the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce, Chair of South Carolina Independent Colleges and Universities and incoming Chair of the Historic Charleston Foundation. He is also the CEO of Cantey EDU, a technology support and logistics company supporting standardized academic assessments in 17 states. He has two two children and, when he has free time, he surfs.
Hunter Roark has been a part of the Cantey Tech Consulting family since 2008. He graduated from Lander University with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, with an emphasis in Networking and Telecommunication. He has over 20 years of IT experience, specializing in advanced networking, cloud services, and technology consulting. When he is not implementing creative technology solutions, he can be seen captaining his boat on the Charleston waterways or spending time with his daughter and wife.
Richard Little has over 30 years of IT experience with expertise in managed services and a passion for lean management. Richard started his career with Wang and the fledgling EMC in the Boston area before moving to an organization where he worked to become the Chief Technology Officer. Richard recently moved to the Charleston area and enjoys the weather, beach and culinary diversity of the area. Rich spends his free time with his wife Mary and four children.
Greg Peralta has been a part of the Cantey Tech Consulting team since 2011. A business development executive with a proven record for helping companies grow, over the course of his career Greg has been instrumental in the management, expansion, and successful exit of a number of technology companies. On the weekends Greg is an avid fisherman and can regularly be spotted enjoying Charleston’s various waterways in his boat.
Joe Breen has 25 years experience growing IT & Cyber Security service companies from start-ups to industry leading Magic Quadrant leaders. Joe has previously been a key leader for SecureWorks, Nuspire and Simeio building innovative and predictable sales and marketing client experiences that address and solve customer IT & security challenges. Joe lives in Nashville, enjoys hiking in the mountains and spending time with his wife Ivett and three children.
Jim Crawford has over 22 years of IT experience. He specializes in advanced networking, cloud services and technology consulting. When Jim is not solving the trickiest IT issues we can find, Jim can also be seen attempting to bring back the glory days from the college basketball court or volunteering with the local Boy Scouts of America.
John Hendon serves as CFO of Cantey Tech Consulting and brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking. He earned a BSBA from The University of Southern Mississippi and an MBA from The University of Virginia. John is also a CFA Charterholder and lives in Glenwood, Maryland, with his wife, son, and pets. Outside of work, he is an avid soccer fan who enjoys supporting his son’s team and following European soccer.
Ilan Sredni serves as Vice President of Client Advisory Services at Cantey Tech Consulting, where he leads the vCIO, AI, Account Management and Security teams and helps organizations align technology investments with their business goals. With over 25 years of experience in managed services, strategic IT planning, cybersecurity advisory, and client success, Ilan focuses on building strong client relationships, driving operational excellence, and ensuring customers realize measurable value from their technology environments. He is passionate about helping businesses turn technology into a competitive advantage through thoughtful planning and practical execution. Outside of work, Ilan is an avid road cyclist who enjoys long-distance rides, traveling with his family, and exploring the latest innovations in technology and artificial intelligence.
