Willis Cantey is a graduate of the University of the South at Sewanee and the Masters of International Business Program at USC. He is on the executive board of the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce, a member of Trident Technical College’s Foundation Board, and is mentor to the Harbor Entrepreneur Center’s Business Accelerator Program and the College of Charleston’s Technology Accelerator. He and his wife, Susanne, are the proud parents of two children. When he has free time, he surfs.
Susanne is a native Charlestonian, and a graduate of Ashley Hall and the College of Charleston. Susanne and her husband, Willis, live in Charleston with their two children. She is actively involved in the community and has served on a number of boards in the Charleston area including: Roper St. Francis Foundation, Ashley Hall Alumnae, College of Charleston Alumni Association and Young Advocates of Historic Charleston Foundation.
Hunter Roark graduated from Lander University with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, with an emphasis in Networking and Telecommunication. He has over 17 years of IT experience, specializing in advanced networking, cloud services and technology consulting. When he is not implementing creative technology solutions, he can be seen attempting to bring back the glory days from the college basketball court or captaining his boat on the Charleston waterways.
Greg Peralta has been a part of Cantey Tech Consulting team since 2011. A business development executive with a proven record for helping companies grow, over the course of his career Greg has been instrumental in the management, expansion and successful exit of a number of technology companies. On the weekends Greg is an avid fisherman and can regularly be spotted enjoying Charleston’s various waterways in his boat.
Richard Little has over 30 years of IT experience with expertise in managed services and a passion for lean management. Richard started his career with Wang and the fledgling EMC in the Boston area before moving to an organization where he worked to become the Chief Technology Officer. Richard recently moved to the Charleston area and enjoys the weather, beach and culinary diversity of the area. Rich spends his free time with his wife Mary and four children.
Jim Crawford has over 22 years of IT experience. He specializes in advanced networking, cloud services and technology consulting. When Jim is not solving the trickiest IT issues we can find, Jim can also be seen attempting to bring back the glory days from the college basketball court or volunteering with the local Boy Scouts of America.
Mary Porter started her career as a bank auditor after graduating from the College of Charleston. Mary quickly moved to the management and lending side of the commercial banking. After 18 years in banking, she began her own consulting firm providing management and accounting services to various Charleston area businesses and joined Cantey Technology in 2011. She is an avid runner, tennis player and snow skier and enjoys long walks with her golden retriever, Tucker.
